Structuring your schedule around appointments gives you greater control over your day, enhances productivity, and provides a superior customer experience. Over time, the appointments you've managed become valuable indicators of your business's performance, offering insights such as time allocation, team member involvement, and the most frequently used calendars. These metrics are crucial for prioritizing tasks, organizing efficiently, and driving business growth. The Appointment Reporting section within your CRM is your go-to resource for accessing this information. It tracks and analyzes every appointment scheduled through your CRM calendars, providing reliable data visualization and extraction. This includes details about appointment outcomes, their sources, and the calendars they were booked on.  Note: Your access to certain components may vary based on your user permissions. Filtering Data For the most precise analysis, you can adjust date ranges and select specific calendars that align with your requirements. Changing these parameters will update the data displayed accordingly.  The filtering options allow you to narrow down your results by choosing a specific calendar (1), filtering by the date the appointment was added or started (2), and selecting particular time frames for examining the appointment data (3).  Appointments Summary The upper section provides a general overview of the appointments booked within the selected date range. The summary includes: Booked: Total appointments scheduled, including new and rescheduled ones. Confirmed: Total appointments that have been confirmed, including those completed. Cancelled: Total appointments that were canceled, either by the user or the customer. New: Appointments that were scheduled for the first time. Showed: Appointments that were successfully completed with the customer. No Show: Appointments where the customer did not attend without prior notice. Invalid: Appointments that do not meet certain criteria, such as duplicates.  Appointment Channel Analysis The Appointment Channel graph illustrates the methods through which appointments were booked. For example, "Booked By Lead" indicates that the lead scheduled the appointment themselves.  Appointment Source Breakdown The Appointment Source graph reveals the origins of the booked appointments, providing insights into where your appointments are coming from.  Modify Appointment Source If you need to change the appointment source, you can easily do so by selecting a different option from the available dropdown menu.  Appointment Outcomes The Appointment Outcome graph compares the results of your appointments over a specific period. This is particularly useful for evaluating the success of different appointment campaigns.  Key Performance Graphs These graphs present a breakdown of your top five performers in each category. The categories include the most frequently booked calendars, appointment owners, and calendars with the most cancellations. Additionally, it shows the most popular days for appointments throughout the week.  Detailed Appointment Data Table The Appointment Data Table provides a detailed view of each appointment, including the calendar used, requested appointment time, booking details, the person who booked it, the source, and the outcome of the appointment.  Filtering by Appointment Outcome The Appointment Outcome Filter allows you to filter the table to display only contacts with specific outcomes, such as those who showed up, didn’t show up, or canceled.  Exporting Appointment Data For further analysis, you can export the appointment data into an Excel spreadsheet. Simply click the export button to download the data.  Customizing Data Table Columns To tailor the data table to your needs, you can modify the columns to focus on the information most relevant to you. Options include Appointment ID, Calendar, Requested Time, Date Added, Contact Name, Email, Phone, Appointment Owner, Created By, Mode, Source, and Outcome.

This feature serves as an essential tool for evaluating the effectiveness of lead conversion strategies and the resulting business income. Note: Accessibility to certain features may vary based on your user permissions. Selecting Data Sources Customize your attribution reports by choosing data sources that align with your goals. Options include Forms, Surveys, and Calendars. Forms/Surveys: Evaluate the success of lead capture forms on your website and gauge customer feedback initiatives. Calendars: Measure how scheduled events and appointments influence customer engagement and conversion rates. Date Range Configuration To ensure accurate analysis, filter your data by specifying a date range using the calendar tool. Select your desired period and confirm your choice by clicking the green checkmark to update the report. Real-Time Data Refresh Easily update your data without reloading the entire page by clicking the refresh icon. This allows you to access the latest metrics swiftly, facilitating prompt decision-making based on real-time insights. Revenue Analysis Track the revenue generated within a specific timeframe to gain crucial insights into your business's financial health. Evaluating Closed Opportunities Monitor the opportunities you've successfully closed over a defined period to assess your sales team's effectiveness and conversion rates. Contact Growth Tracking Measure the number of contacts collected during a specific period to evaluate the success of your lead generation and marketing efforts. Session Monitoring The Sessions metric provides an overview of the number of user interactions within the selected timeframe, including website visits, form submissions, surveys, and calendar engagements. Revenue Trends Over Time This section displays a timeline of revenue generation, which dynamically updates as you modify the date range, allowing you to track financial performance trends. Closed Opportunities Timeline This section visualizes a timeline of opportunities that were successfully closed, adjusting in real-time with date range changes. Contact Creation Timeline This section provides a timeline of newly created contacts within the selected timeframe, automatically updating as the date range is adjusted. Session Activity Timeline This section presents a timeline of session activities, including website traffic, form submissions, surveys, and calendar interactions, all within the chosen date range. Source of Closed Opportunities This chart visualizes the sources of traffic that led to closed opportunities, whether from Organic Search, Social Media, or Direct Traffic. You can adjust the date range to view how these sources performed over time. Source of Contact Creation This chart shows the timeline of new contacts and their sources, such as Organic Search, Social Media, and Direct Traffic. Adjust the date range to see the traffic sources' impact over time.
