Steps to Integrate Video into Funnel Pages Elevate your funnel pages by embedding videos with the following process: 1. Navigate to the Sites section and select Funnels on your CRM dashboard. 2. Pick the funnel where you want to insert a video and open the editor for the step where it will be embedded. 3. Click the plus icon located at the top left to open the “Add Elements” section. 4. From the available options, select the Video Element. 5. In the sidebar, choose Hosted Video under the Video Type settings. How to Upload and Configure Hosted Videos After opting for Hosted Video: 1. Hit "Select Video" to access your Media Library. If the video isn’t uploaded, do it at this point. 2. Once uploaded, double-click your video to begin encoding, ensuring it’s web-optimized. 3. Modify the playback settings to match your preferences. Important: Ensure that your video is in a common format and under 4GB in size. Maximizing Video Features for Engagement This video tool goes beyond simple playback—it enhances user engagement and conversions: Lead Capture: Enable the "Generate Leads from Video" feature to display a form during the video, allowing real-time lead collection. Redirect Unregistered Users: Utilize the visitor redirection feature to boost funnel performance by guiding unregistered users accordingly. Browser Policies Impacting Auto-play Settings A common question is why videos start muted. This stems from auto-play restrictions enforced by browsers like iOS, Safari, Chrome, Android, Firefox, and Edge, which focus on improving user experience. These settings cannot be bypassed. Chrome’s Media Engagement Index can permit auto-play with sound depending on how often the user has interacted with media on that site. Recent Improvements in Video Implementation Advanced Video Player Tools: Modern video players now support a variety of playback options, speeds, and Picture-in-Picture mode, allowing users to tailor their experience. Insights on Auto-play Policies: Knowing browser rules regarding auto-play ensures compliance and smooth video integration. Detailed Encoding Guidance: Correct encoding guarantees your videos are optimized for quality and tracking across multiple devices. UI and Navigation Improvements: New developments make managing videos simpler and more intuitive, improving the user experience. Frequently Asked Questions and Solutions Why is my video muted during auto-play? Refer to your browser’s auto-play rules and the Media Engagement Index for sound-related issues. How do I optimize my video for smooth web playback? Make sure it’s encoded correctly and doesn’t exceed the 4GB file size limit.
Monitoring Viewer Interactions with Videos
Part 1: Configuring Your Video Module Step 1: Basic Video Configuration Once you insert a video module in the Funnel Builder, the "Video Settings" will appear on the right panel. These settings are split into two areas: Basic and Advanced. Here's how to begin: Selecting Video Type: Select the correct video provider (e.g., Vimeo, YouTube, Wistia) and input the URL to ensure the video is properly displayed. Adjusting Padding and Margins: Like with image elements, modifying padding and margins allows you to tweak the video's size and placement, giving it a personalized look. Autoplay and Viewer Controls: Depending on your video type, you can set it to autoplay and determine which controls (like play, pause) are accessible to your audience. Setting Video Quality: Supported resolutions in the CRM range from 480P to 1080P, with options to automatically adjust based on the format uploaded. Step 2: Additional Video Options For more control over your video element, the Advanced settings let you: Modify Borders: Adjust the border around your video for a more polished look. Appearance Adjustments: Customize how the video displays across mobile and desktop platforms. CSS Selector: For advanced users, custom CSS can be applied for more granular changes. Part 2: Analyzing Video Interaction (Hosted Videos) Step 1: Starting with Video Settings To monitor video performance within your CRM: Remove Progress Bar: For a minimalistic view, turn off the progress bar display. Redirect Non-Registered Viewers: Use cookies to track how far leads get into the video and set a redirect page for those who aren’t registered. Step 2: Building a Workflow Configure Workflow Triggers: Set "Video Tracking" as your workflow trigger to monitor lead engagement. Select Filters: Choose the specific video you wish to track and set thresholds for the percentage of the video watched. Step 3: Taking Action Based on Video Interaction Engage Leads: Use the video tracking trigger to send personalized emails based on viewers' engagement with the video. Tailor Custom Actions: Implement additional follow-ups like sending more emails or setting tasks based on your marketing strategy. Common Issues and Solutions Video Doesn’t Appear: Double-check that the URL is accurate and matches the selected platform type. Workflow Doesn’t Start: Make sure that the leads you're tracking are already added as contacts in the CRM. Begin by selecting "Add New Step" to introduce a new page to your funnel. 2. Name this step "Thank You" and click "Create Funnel Step" to proceed. 3. Then, navigate to Settings > Calendars, choose the calendar associated with your consultation, and paste the URL into the "Thank You redirect URL" field before saving. 3. This approach increases the total purchase value without the need for additional marketing efforts to attract new customers. Steps to Implement an Order Bump 1. Access Your Sales Funnel: Begin by navigating to the funnel where you plan to add the order bump, whether it’s for a digital product like a newsletter or another service. 2. Clear product names and descriptions are essential for proper identification. 4. Include Product in Funnel: Return to your funnel setup and add the newly created or updated product as an order bump. In the advanced settings, select the product and mark it as a 'Bump Product' to ensure it appears during checkout. 5. Adjust Order Bump Settings: In the order form's advanced settings, activate the order bump feature and choose your product. Customize the message to clearly communicate the added value to potential customers. Maximizing Order Bump Effectiveness Product Relevance: The order bump should complement the main product to increase the likelihood of purchase. It is generally recommended to offer only one order bump to avoid overwhelming customers and decreasing the offer’s effectiveness. Are order bumps suitable for digital products? Yes! Order bumps work well for both physical and digital products, as long as they provide additional value connected to the main offering.

Resolving Issues with Upsell Products in Your Funnel
Grasping the Fundamentals Before attempting to troubleshoot, it's essential to understand the key components that ensure upsell products work smoothly in your sales funnel: Two-Step Order Form: This is a critical part of any funnel offering upsell or downsell products. Without this form in place, your upsell features will not function. Proper Funnel Structure: The funnel must be set up correctly, with the two-step order form preceding the upsell products for everything to work as expected. Steps for Resolving Upsell Product Issues If your upsell products aren't performing as they should, follow these steps to pinpoint and resolve the problem: 1. Review Funnel Structure: Start by checking the arrangement of your funnel. Make sure you have the upsell product ready for sale, placed after a two-step order form, and followed by a thank-you page. This order is crucial for your upsell functionality. 2. Ensure Correct Upsell Button Configuration: The button that activates the upsell needs to be set to perform a "one-click upsell or downsell" action. After this action, you can direct the customer to any step, but the initial setup of the button is key. 3. Test the Funnel: Once your funnel is configured, preview and test it to ensure the upsell feature works properly. If you encounter an error message related to the purchase process, you’ll need to investigate further. 4. Address Common Mistakes: A frequent issue is failing to capture the customer’s payment information before showing the upsell. Make sure your two-step order form appears before the upsell offer. Rearrange your funnel steps as needed, and run the test again. 5. Run Test Transactions: If you're using a test API, enter mock payment details to simulate a purchase. This step helps ensure everything works as expected without processing actual payments. 6. Final Check: With everything set up correctly, clicking the upsell button after completing the two-step order form should seamlessly take the user to the next step without errors. Steps to Set Up an Upsell Product in Your Funnel To add an upsell product within your sales funnel, follow these detailed steps: 1. Select Product Type: First, decide if your upsell will be a one-time purchase or a subscription. Your choice here will guide how the product is configured under the Payments section. 2. Link with Payment Processor: If it's a subscription-based product, ensure that it’s correctly integrated with your payment provider (like Stripe) and connected to your CRM system. 3. Add the Upsell Product: Navigate to the product section of your funnel and add the upsell product. This step is vital for displaying the product as a one-click upsell option. 4. Set Up the Upsell Button: In the upsell funnel step, configure the button action to "one-click upsell or downsell" and select your product from the available options. Only products added in the product section will appear in this list.
Setting Up Subdomains for Funnels
In this guide, I'll walk you through the process of setting up subdomains for your website or funnel. This is a simple three-step process that will help you take a newly created funnel live using a subdomain. Step 1: Access Domain Settings First, navigate to the Settings on the left sidebar, and then select Domains from the new menu that appears. Next, click on Add New Domain in the top right corner. Step 2: Specify the Subdomain In the pop-up that appears, you'll need to specify the subdomain name. For this example, we'll use promo.whitelabelguides.com. Since this is a subdomain, you don't need an "A" record, but you will need to add a CNAME record. To begin, copy the URL in red from the pop-up. You’ll need this URL when configuring your DNS settings with your domain registrar. Step 3: Configure CNAME Record with Your Registrar Now, switch over to your domain registrar. We're using GoDaddy for this example, but the process is similar across most registrars. Navigate to your registrar’s DNS Management page for the domain. Click Add and then select CNAME from the dropdown. In the Host field, enter whatever appears before the dot in your subdomain. For this example, enter promo. Paste the URL you copied earlier into the Points To field. Reduce the TTL (Time to Live) in the dropdown to propagate the record faster. Finally, click Save. Step 4: Add the Subdomain to Your Platform Return to your platform and click Add. This may fail the first few times until the CNAME record has propagated. Once successful, you'll receive a confirmation message indicating that your subdomain has been added. Next, select a previously-created funnel from the dropdown and click Link Domain. Step 5: Verify the Subdomain URL Now, navigate to the selected funnel under Sites on your platform. You should see that it now has a URL associated with your subdomain. Step 6: Customize the URL Slug If you wish to change the URL slug, simply click the Publishing tab and edit the Step Path field. Step 7: Test the Subdomain When you test the URL, it may fail the first time as the SSL certificate is being built. Simply refresh the page, and you should see that your new subdomain is live and ready to go! FAQs Q: Can I still manually configure my domains if I prefer not to use Domain Connect? A: Yes, manual configuration is still an option for users who prefer to set up their DNS records manually or whose domain providers are not currently supported by Domain Connect. Q: What if my domain provider is not one of the top three supported by Domain Connect? A: Users with domain providers not currently supported by Domain Connect can still manually add the required DNS records. The manual configuration process remains the same. Q: What if I toggle on the option for "Also add www domain" but my www subdomain is already pointed to another system? A: A CNAME record will be created for your subdomain in your DNS records and pointed to us, but we will not be able to delete the existing CNAME or A record that you have for your www domain, which is pointed to another service. You will need to delete that yourself so that your www domain can work with us.
Adding Products to Your Funnel
To add a product to a funnel or website, you first need to create a new funnel page or website page. Step 1: Create a New Funnel To create a new funnel, click on the New Funnel button in the top right of the Funnels tab. Step 2: Name and Create the Funnel Give your new funnel a name, such as "Sales Appointment," and proceed to create it. Step 3: Add a New Funnel Step After creating a funnel, you'll be directed to the funnel page. To add a product, you first need to create a funnel step. Funnel steps help guide customers to complete a specific action, such as booking appointments. In the Steps section, you can create new funnel pages, organize your funnel steps, and add products to your funnel. If you haven't added a funnel step yet, click on +Add New Step to create one. Adding Products to Your Funnel Page To add products to your funnel pages, go to the Product tab. Once there, you'll be directed to the product catalog. To add a product, click on the +Add Product button. Step 1: Input Product Details You will then be prompted to input important details such as the product name, price display override, and the option to bump the product. The information you enter here will be displayed publicly, so be cautious about what you share. Product: Select the product you want to add to this funnel. If you haven't created a product yet, visit the Payment > Product section to learn how to create one. Product Name: Enter the name you want displayed on the customer's order form. Price Display Override: Use this option if you want to display a custom price on the order form. For example, if your product has a "Trial & Setup fee," you need to set your Price Display Override to show this, or the form will only display the subscription amount without the setup fee. Example: "$5 Setup Fee + $199 Monthly After 7 Days Free Trial." Additional Options: Main Product: To allow multiple quantities to be purchased, toggle this button and enter the maximum number of products allowed per order. Bump Product: If the product isn't a primary one, toggle the Bump Product option to sell it as an add-on. Switching Between Test and Live Modes for Funnel Products Funnel products are initially set to Test mode. If you wish to switch to Live mode, navigate to the Settings tab and toggle on the Live mode. Please note that your website product will remain disabled until you connect it to a payment processor. Additionally, if you have multiple recurring products and bump products with subscriptions, you won't be able to use PayPal as a payment processor; instead, use Stripe.
