Reporting: Google Ads

This section allows you to delve into the detailed analytics of your Google Ads campaigns, encompassing a variety of metrics. Accessing Campaign Data Navigate to the Google Ads Reporting section under the Reporting Tab to explore detailed statistics for all your campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords. This feature enables you to track your campaigns directly within your CRM without needing to visit the Google Ads platform. Performance Dashboard The dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your Google Ads account's performance, displaying key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and more. This dashboard offers an intuitive interface for monitoring campaign-level performance. Providing Feedback If you notice discrepancies between your dashboard reports and your Google Ads account, you can use the "Submit Feedback" button to report the issue. This will open a sidebar where you can fill in details such as the email subject, message, and attach any relevant files. Once completed, click the "Send Message" button to submit your feedback. Customizing Date Ranges You can customize the reporting period by selecting a date range that fits your needs. Simply click on the calendar icon in the top right, choose your preferred dates, and confirm by clicking the green checkmark icon. Understanding Impressions The Impressions section shows the number of times your ads were displayed during the selected date range. Visual charts illustrate the daily, weekly, or monthly impressions, helping you track trends over time. Analyzing Clicks The Clicks section tracks how many times your ads were clicked after being shown on search results pages. This section also provides visual representations of click data across various time intervals. Tracking Conversions Conversions are key actions taken by users that align with your campaign objectives. The Conversions section highlights these events, with visual data broken down by day, week, or year based on your selected date range. Campaign Data Cards Campaign data cards provide a snapshot of each campaign’s performance, comparing metrics to previous periods. These cards show key data points such as client spending, average cost per click (CPC), cost per conversion, and conversion rates, all based on your selected date range. Search Functionality The search bar allows you to quickly locate specific ad campaigns by typing in the campaign name. This will filter the results, displaying only the relevant campaigns. Exporting Data You can export your campaign data as a CSV file using the Export feature. This allows you to share data with team members or save it for future analysis. Customizing Columns The Columns section lets you customize the data displayed by selecting or deselecting specific metrics. Once your preferences are set, your changes will be saved for future sessions. Campaign Data Table The campaign data table displays essential metrics for analyzing campaign performance. It includes details such as campaign name, status, clicks, cost, revenue, ROI, CPC, sales, CPS, leads, CPL, impressions, and average revenue. Campaign Reporting By clicking on any campaign listed in the reporting section, you can view detailed statistics for that specific campaign. Campaign Name and Status The name of the selected campaign and its current status (live or paused) are prominently displayed. Ad Type and Duration You can view the type of Google ad (search, display, video) as well as the start and end dates of each campaign. Campaign Objective Filter your ad data by campaign objective using the dropdown menu, allowing for targeted analysis. Ad Data Cards Ad data cards present campaign-specific metrics for impressions, clicks, conversions, client spends, average CPC, cost per conversion, and conversion rate. Reporting Types Choose from various reporting types to view statistics at different levels, including ads, ad groups, and keywords. This flexibility allows you to tailor your analysis to specific aspects of your campaign. Ad Metrics Explore individual ad performance with detailed metrics such as title, status, clicks, cost, revenue, ROI, CPC, sales, CPS, leads, CPL, impressions, and average revenue. Ad Group Metrics View ad group-level data, including clicks, cost, revenue, ROI, CPC, sales, CPS, conversion rate, leads, CPL, impressions, and average revenue. Keyword Metrics Analyze keyword performance, including clicks, impressions, cost, CPC, conversions, cost per conversion, and conversion rate. Exporting Reports The Export tab allows you to download your ad statistics in CSV format for further analysis or sharing with your team. Customizing Columns The Columns section enables you to tailor the display of data by selecting or deselecting specific metrics. This allows for a customized view of the information most relevant to you.
