Where to Access and View Survey Submissions
Survey Submission Overview Within your CRM, the Submissions area found under the Surveys section enables you to store, sort, and review all responses from a survey. This is the place to conduct detailed analysis, extract reports, or eliminate any unnecessary data. Surveys are becoming increasingly important, and with this tool, managing even the most complex online polls is simplified. Note: Your access to certain features may depend on your user permissions. Filtering by Date To view submissions from a specific time period, click on the date bar at the top-right corner of the page. You can select predefined options or choose a custom date range. Once your preferred range is set, click the checkmark to refresh the submissions list. Refreshing Submission Data You can always refresh your submission data by clicking on the refresh button next to the date selector. This will ensure you're seeing the most up-to-date survey data. Selecting a Specific Survey If you manage multiple surveys within your CRM, use the dropdown labeled All Survey to select the specific survey you want to review. The page will automatically refresh, showing submissions for your chosen survey. Search Functionality You can search for a particular submission by entering the customer’s name, phone number, or email address in the search bar. Viewing Submission Data The left-hand side of the page displays all survey submissions. Clicking on any individual submission will show more detailed information on the right. Submission Date At the top-right corner of the submission details, you can find the date and time when the survey was completed. Survey Submission List This section presents a complete list of submissions for the selected survey. If no survey is specified, it will display submissions from all surveys. Total Number of Submissions In this area, you can see the total number of survey submissions. This can either be for a specific survey or for all submissions if no survey is selected. Results Per Page You can change how many submissions appear per page by adjusting the dropdown to display the number of results you'd like to view. Viewing Individual Survey Submissions Each submission includes essential details like the submitter’s name, email, and submission date. You can also select individual or multiple submissions by checking the boxes next to each. Downloading a Single Submission To download a specific submission, click on the download icon. Deleting Selected Submissions If you choose to delete a submission, it will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Downloading Multiple Submissions You can download data from multiple submissions in a PDF format for easy sharing or record keeping.
Terms and Conditions Customization Guide
In this section, we explore the newly added features in the Survey builder that allow you to customize your Terms and Conditions with ease. You now have the ability to insert links directly into your Terms and Conditions, improving both user engagement and accessibility. To add a link, simply highlight the text where you want to insert the link, then click the link icon to attach the desired URL. To remove a link from the text, click the following button as demonstrated below: In addition to links, you can now personalize the Text Color of your Terms and Conditions section. This feature allows you to select a color that aligns with your brand or visual preferences, making your content more engaging and aligned with your overall design. The Link Color option enables you to adjust the color of any hyperlinks in the Terms and Conditions section. This ensures a consistent and appealing look by coordinating the link color with your page’s design scheme.
Survey Creation Tool Overview
Introduction This section provides the ability to design surveys for collecting information in various contexts, such as generating leads through a website or gathering details when an individual schedules an appointment. Note: Depending on your permission level, certain features may be restricted. Building a New Survey To begin creating your survey, simply select the “Create New Survey” button. Making a New Folder You can organize your surveys by clicking the “Create Folder” option, entering a folder name, and selecting “Confirm” to save it. Accessing Recent Surveys The “Recent” tab provides access to surveys you’ve viewed or worked on recently. Viewing Surveys in List Format Switch to the “Survey List” tab to display all available surveys in list form. If you’ve changed the view to “Recent,” this option returns you to the list view. Searching for Surveys by Name With a large number of surveys, you can use the search function to locate a specific one by typing its name. Survey Information Displayed Name: This section shows the title of each survey or folder. Last Updated: Indicates when the survey or folder was last modified. Updated By: Displays which user was the last to make changes to the survey or folder. Survey Management Options Edit: Adjust an existing survey. Duplicate: Create a replica of a current survey. Share: Share a survey with another location within the CRM. Move to Folder: Relocate a survey to a designated folder. Save as Template: Turn a frequently used survey into a reusable template. Delete: Permanently remove a survey. Survey Folders Folders containing surveys are marked with a folder icon. Folder Management Options Edit: Modify the contents of an existing survey folder. Delete: Permanently remove a survey folder.
Styles Tab for Surveys
The Styles tab allows you to modify the appearance and overall design of your survey. Layout Settings This section provides options to adjust the layout of your survey. Show Label: You can toggle the input field label display on or off here. Input Style: Select either the box or line style for input fields via the dropdown menu. Survey Style Options Customize the visual style of your survey with the following options: Background Color: Alter the background color to suit your design preferences. Border: Add or adjust the thickness of the border around your survey. Border Type: Choose from different border styles using the dropdown menu. Corner Radius: Change the shape of your form’s corners from square to rounded. Width: Adjust the overall width of your survey for optimal page fit. Custom CSS If you're looking for more control over your survey’s appearance, you can apply custom CSS. With CSS, you can adjust elements such as input field shapes, colors, button designs, and more. If you're not familiar with CSS, consulting a web developer is recommended. Agency Branding This option lets you decide whether to include your company's logo in the corner of every survey. Change Background Image You can upload a custom image to use as the background for your survey. This gives you complete flexibility to style your survey to match your brand or the page where it's embedded.

The Options tab allows you to adjust critical settings for your survey. Renaming Your Survey Easily change your survey's name within this section. Submission Settings Define what happens upon survey submission. Open URL: Direct users to a specified page, typically a "Thank You" page. Message: Keep users on the current page and display a message. Immediate Disqualification You can automatically disqualify respondents based on specific answers. Open URL: Redirect to a URL of your choice. Message: Show a custom message, keeping the user on the same page. Post-Submission Disqualification This option allows you to disqualify a respondent after they complete the entire survey. Open URL: Redirect them to a URL. Message: Display a message, keeping the respondent on the current page. Facebook Pixel Integration Use the Facebook Pixel to track survey submissions and gather data for analytics and ads. Skip this field if the survey is embedded in a funnel. Facebook Pixel Events Set up Facebook Pixel event tracking for monitoring and conversion attribution. Page View Events Configure what triggers when someone views the page containing your survey. Form Submission Events Determine what actions will occur when the survey is submitted. Display One Question Per Slide By enabling this, only one question is shown per slide, requiring respondents to answer each question before moving to the next. Sticky Contact This feature allows pre-filled contact details for users who previously submitted information, saving them from re-entering it. Disable Auto Navigation Disable auto-navigation to force users to click "Next" to proceed through the survey. Scroll to Top Toggle this setting to automatically scroll to the top of the page after each action. GDPR-Compliant Font Select a font that meets GDPR requirements. Enable Time zone Tracking This option collects and stores the time zone of the respondent upon submission. Footer HTML Editor Click this option to customize the HTML and CSS in your survey's footer. How to Obtain an I-Frame Code for a Form or Survey
1. Access the Sites Section Start by navigating to the "Sites" tab. 2. Choose Between Forms or Surveys Here, you can select either "Forms" or "Surveys" based on your preference, as both have customizable builders. 3. Open the Builder Click the "Builder" button to access the section where you can modify your selected form or survey. 4. Pick the Desired Form or Survey Now, choose the specific form or survey you wish to retrieve the code for. 5. Integrate the Form Click on the "Integrate Form" option to move forward with embedding it. 6. Copy the I-Frame Code Once the code is displayed, simply copy it. You can now embed this form or survey into your website or funnel as needed.

Additionally, you can modify the Link Color to maintain a consistent and polished appearance by choosing a color that suits the rest of your design. Locating and Reviewing Survey Responses
Accessing Survey Submission Data In your CRM system, you can find all survey responses under the "Submissions" tab within the "Surveys" section. This feature enables you to store, review, and manage all data collected from surveys. You can generate reports, analyze the submissions, or filter out irrelevant details. Surveys are proving to be valuable tools, and with this feature, handling even complex surveys becomes manageable. Note: Your ability to access some features may depend on your user permissions. Filtering by Date Range To filter survey responses by a specific period, select the date bar at the top right of the page. You’ll have multiple pre-set options or the ability to define a custom date range. Once your desired range is selected, click the checkmark icon to refresh the submission list accordingly. Updating Submission Data To ensure that your data is current, you can refresh the survey results by clicking the refresh button next to the date range selector. This will update the list with the most recent submission data. Selecting a Specific Survey If you have multiple surveys in your CRM, you can filter submissions for a specific survey by clicking the "All Survey" dropdown menu. Selecting the desired survey will refresh the page to display only the relevant submissions. Search Function If you're looking for a specific submission, you can use the search bar by typing in the customer's name, phone number, or email address to quickly locate their response. Viewing Submission Details On the left side of the screen, you’ll see a list of all survey submissions. Clicking on any submission from this list will display the full details on the right side of the page. Submission Timestamp The submission date and time for each survey will be displayed at the top right of the page, ensuring you know when each response was received. List of Survey Submissions You’ll find a complete list of all survey submissions on this page. If you haven't filtered for a specific survey, it will show responses from all surveys. Total Submission Count At the top, you’ll see the total number of submissions for the selected survey or, if no survey is specified, the total number across all surveys. Adjusting Results Per Page To customize the number of results displayed per page, click on the dropdown at the bottom and select the desired number of entries to view. Viewing Individual Submissions Each submission will display key details such as the respondent’s name, email, and submission date. You can also select multiple submissions by checking the boxes next to each entry. Downloading Individual Submissions To download an individual survey submission, click the download icon next to the relevant entry. Removing Survey Submissions You have the option to delete specific survey submissions, but be aware that this action is irreversible—once deleted, the data cannot be recovered. Downloading Multiple Submissions You can download a summary of all submissions for a selected survey in a .pdf format, which is useful for sharing with others or for record-keeping purposes.
