Accessing the Media Library The Media Library is a centralized repository within your CRM that hosts your brand's media resources, making it easy to manage and access assets from anywhere. To access the Media Library, navigate to Sites (located in the left sidebar) > Media, or you can also access it through the Settings panel. This consolidation eliminates the need for a cluttered desktop and provides a streamlined way to organize and retrieve your resources. Your CRM allows you to access Unsplash, a popular royalty-free stock image website, directly within the platform. Unsplash is an excellent resource for high-quality visuals, providing effortless access to professional photos. To use an image from Unsplash within your CRM, simply click on the navigation dropdown menu and select "Unsplash." This integration lets you seamlessly browse and select the perfect image that complements your content, enhancing the overall aesthetics and user experience of your website or project. Searching for Images with Unsplash This feature allows you to search for the perfect image to incorporate into your funnel, website, or other projects. You can easily browse through an extensive collection of high-quality, royalty-free images by entering relevant keywords or themes in the search bar. Explore the available options to find the ideal image that complements your content and enhances its visual appeal.

Accessing Pixabay

Your Media Library offers a convenient solution to meet all of your image requirements. Pixabay, a royalty-free stock media website, can be easily integrated into your library. To start using Pixabay, click the navigation menu and select "Pixabay." With just a simple step, you can access an extensive range of media options at no extra cost! Searching for Images with Pixabay Looking for the perfect image for a website or marketing funnel? The search box in your Media Library makes it easy to find the right image. Whether you need imagery that captures a specific tone or complements your project, you can browse through various selections and find the perfect fit in just a few clicks.

Getting Started with AI Image Creation

Step 1: Navigate to the Media Section To begin, go to the Media Section within your CRM. Step 2: Open the Media Library Click on the "Open Media Library" button to access the AI image creation tool. Creating Your AI Image Step 3: Initiate Image Creation Click on the "Create image using AI" button to start the process. Step 4: Describe Your Image Enter a description of the image you want to create. The AI will use this description to generate sample images. For a better understanding of how the AI interprets descriptions, click "Try an example." Step 5: Choose the Number of Variations Decide how many different image variations you want the AI to generate. For instance, selecting 3 will prompt the AI to create three unique images based on your description. Step 6: Select Your Image Style Choose the style for your image. Options include Photography, Digital Art, and Fine Art. After selecting your preferred style, click "Generate" to have the AI create your image. Reviewing and Selecting Your AI-Generated Image Step 7: View Generated Images After clicking "Generate," you'll see the variations the AI created. The description and style you selected will be displayed for reference. Step 8: Generate New Content If you wish to make changes to your selections, click "Generate new content" to go back and adjust your choices. Step 9: Preview and Select an Image Click on an image to preview it. The selected image will appear on the right side of the pop-up. Step 10: Save or Cancel If you're satisfied with an image, click "Continue" to save it to your Media Library. If not, click "Cancel." Creating an AI-Generated Image

You can create custom images using AI within your CRM. To begin, navigate to the Media Section and select the Open Media Library option. Please note that this feature is a paid service, and usage charges will apply. Overview of AI Image Creation AI-generated images can be used in various areas of your CRM, such as in funnels, websites, and social media posts. To start creating an image, click on the Create AI Image button. Describe the Image You Want Provide a detailed description of the image you wish to create. The AI will generate several options based on your input. If you're unsure how to describe your image, try the Try an Example option to see a sample output, which can help guide your request. Choose the Number of Variations You can specify how many different versions of the image you'd like the AI to create. For example, selecting 3 will result in three unique images based on your description. Select an Image Style Pick the style for your image, such as Photography, Digital Art, or Fine Art. After selecting your preferred style, click Generate to create the image. Review and Finalize Your Image Once generated, the images will be displayed based on your description and selected style. You can preview each option and choose the one that best suits your needs. If the generated images don’t meet your expectations, you can refine your description or style and click Generate New Content to try again. Save or Cancel After selecting the image you want to use, click Continue to save it to your Media Library. If you decide not to use any of the generated images, click Cancel to exit without saving.

Media Storage: Customizing Your Funnel or Website with Backgrounds

You can easily personalize your funnel or website using a variety of backgrounds tailored to your needs. Accessing Backgrounds Personalizing your funnel or website with adjustable backgrounds is simple! Just click on the navigation dropdown menu, where you'll find an array of professionally designed background illustrations. This feature allows you to effortlessly customize the look and feel of your site, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your brand identity. Backgrounds Gallery Explore a wide range of color schemes, from soothing pastels to vibrant and bold hues, to find the perfect palette that complements your project. By leveraging these backgrounds, you can further customize your site and create a unique, visually appealing statement.

Managing Images in the Media Library

There are several actions you can perform with the images in your Media Library. To access various options for organizing your files and folders, simply right-click on an image or folder. Managing Folders Renaming a Folder To update the name of a folder, right-click on the folder and select the Rename option. Deleting a Folder To keep your media library organized and easier to navigate, you can delete unused or irrelevant folders to free up space. Managing Files Get Link for a File The Get Link option allows you to retrieve the unique link for each image so you can use it in your funnel or website project. Once you click on "Get Link," the system will copy the unique link to your clipboard, which you can then paste wherever needed. Move to Folder You can quickly move a selected file to a different location or a specific folder within the Media Library by selecting the Move to Folder option. Rename a File To rename a file, select the Rename option. Delete a File To remove a file from your media library, select the Delete option. ✍️Note: Another way to access the file dropdown is to hover over the file and select the three dots located in the lower right-hand corner of the file preview.

Media Storage Overview

You will find the Media Storage button on the left sidebar.  Accessing Media Storage Begin by clicking on the “Media Storage” button located on the left sidebar. This action will open your Media Library, where you can view your uploaded content, create images using AI, and upload new media. Filters Use the Filters to sort the images displayed by their file locations. Items you have uploaded will be stored in the “My Media” section. You can also explore backgrounds and content from sources like Unsplash or Pixabay by selecting the corresponding option. Search The Search feature allows you to quickly find any media file in your CRM. Locate images, audio clips, or video files with just a few clicks, making it easier to organize and manage all of your media content. Sorting You can rearrange how your content is displayed using the Sorting dropdown option. Sort items based on their Name, Size, or by the date they were Last Modified. Display Options Choose between Grid or List views to display your content, allowing for better media organization. Uploading Files The New Upload button allows you to choose multimedia files from your computer and store them in the system. Clicking this button opens a new window that gives you access to your computer’s storage. Select the files you wish to upload, and they will be added to your media library. Creating Folders The New Folder button provides a convenient way to organize your content by creating new folders within your media library. Naming a New Folder After clicking the New Folder button, a window will appear with a field where you can enter the name of your new folder. Naming your folders based on their content helps manage and organize your Media Library effectively. Viewing Folders In your media library, you will see a list of the folders you have created at the top of the screen. Creating an Image Using AI You can easily create images within the system by selecting the Content AI button and filling out the necessary details. Please note that creating images using this feature may incur a fee. Managing Media Storage Regularly reviewing your storage usage can help you organize and clean up unnecessary files, keeping your media library tidy and more accessible. Viewing Files Files that are not organized into folders will be displayed below the folders in your media library.
