Task Dashboard Tasks are vital for keeping your business organized by centralizing all necessary actions within a single location in your CRM. This section provides an array of tasks assigned to different team members and contacts, helping to ensure that every responsibility is managed effectively to boost productivity and efficiency. Note: Access to certain features may be limited based on your user permissions. Empty Task List When the "No Task to Show Yet" message appears, it indicates that there are currently no tasks in your task list. As you begin to add tasks, they will be listed here, offering a clear and organized view of your current duties and assignments. Search Functionality The search bar allows you to quickly find any task in your list. This tool streamlines the process, making it easier to locate specific tasks and focus on getting things done efficiently. Creating a New Task There are several ways to create new tasks within your CRM. A simple and convenient option is to click on the "Create Task" button, allowing you to efficiently add and manage your responsibilities. Task Creation Elements When creating a new task, there are several key details to consider, including the task title, description, assignee, linked contact, and due date. Filling out these fields helps ensure that tasks are well-organized and completed on time. Task Title Choose a clear and descriptive title for your task to easily identify it later. Task Description Providing a detailed description can help ensure that your team members understand the task fully, though it's optional. Task Assignee Assigning tasks to specific team members can greatly improve workflow efficiency. Task Contact Every task should be linked to a relevant contact to keep your CRM well-organized. Task Due Date Setting a due date helps prioritize the task and ensures it's completed on time. Save or Cancel Task After filling out the details, you can either save the task to your list or cancel it if no longer needed. Task Table Overview The task table displays all tasks within your CRM, including important details like the task name, description, associated contact, assigned team member, due date, and status, helping you manage tasks more effectively. Name & Description This column shows the task's name and description. Clicking on a task will take you to more detailed information in the contacts section. Contact This column lists the contact associated with each task, making it easy to reference and manage tasks in relation to the contact. Assignee This column displays the team member assigned to each task, providing an overview of task distribution. Due Date This column shows the due date for each task, helping you keep track of deadlines. Status This column displays the current status of each task. Mark a task as complete by clicking the checkmark icon. Task Management Options By clicking the three dots on the right side of any task, you can access additional task management options: Mark as complete Edit task Delete task Filtering Tasks Filters allow you to quickly find tasks based on specific criteria such as contact, assignee, task status, and due date. This helps in prioritizing and organizing your tasks efficiently. By Contact Filter tasks by specific contacts to focus on those linked to particular individuals. By Assignee Filter tasks by assignee to manage and focus on tasks assigned to specific team members. By Unassigned View a list of unassigned tasks to allocate them to the appropriate team members. By Status Filter tasks based on their current status, such as pending or completed, to manage task progress. By Date Sort tasks by creation or due date to better prioritize your workload. Refreshing Data Click the refresh button to update your task list with the most current data, ensuring that you have the latest information available. Select All Tasks To select all tasks at once, use the checkbox at the top-left corner of the task table. This allows you to efficiently perform bulk actions on multiple tasks simultaneously. Bulk Actions By selecting multiple tasks, you can execute bulk actions, allowing for efficient task management without handling each task individually.

Restoring Deleted Contacts: A Comprehensive Guide

Have you ever accidentally deleted a contact from your CRM and worried that the information was lost forever? Fortunately, there's no need to stress about permanent deletions anymore! With a simple restoration process, you can effortlessly recover any contacts you may have mistakenly removed. This feature is invaluable for CRM users, offering peace of mind and saving the time and effort involved in re-entering contact details from scratch. How to Restore Contacts To recover contacts that were previously deleted in your CRM, head to the Contacts section and click on the "Restore" option located at the top of the page. This action will display a detailed list of all the contacts that have been removed, giving you the option to review and reinstate them as necessary. Important: Depending on your user permissions, you might not have access to this feature. No Deleted Contacts Available If you see a message indicating that no contacts are available for restoration, it means there are currently no contacts to restore. To fully explore the restoration process, you can revisit this tutorial after deleting a contact from your CRM. This will allow you to follow along with the steps and gain practical experience in managing contact restorations, ensuring you are well-prepared to handle your CRM data efficiently. Viewing the List of Deleted Contacts The deleted contacts list provides a detailed view of all contacts that have been removed from your CRM. Each entry includes essential information such as: Name Email Address Phone Number Carefully review these details to accurately identify the contact you wish to restore. This ensures that you maintain the accuracy and integrity of your CRM data by reinstating the correct contact. Navigating Through the List If you have a long list of deleted contacts, you can easily navigate between pages using the navigation buttons located at the bottom of the list. These controls allow you to move forward or back through the pages, making it simple to find the specific contact you want to restore or review. Selecting Contacts for Restoration To restore one or more contacts, start by identifying them in the list. Click on the checkbox on the far left side of each contact entry to mark them for restoration. This step ensures that the correct contacts are selected for recovery, allowing you to efficiently manage your CRM database. Restoring the Selected Contacts After selecting the desired contacts, click the "Restore" button. This action initiates the restoration process, bringing the chosen contacts back into your CRM database seamlessly. Confirmation of Restoration Once you click the "Restore" button, a confirmation popup will appear. By clicking "Confirm," you finalize the restoration process for the selected contacts.
