Accessing Conversations To get started, open the mobile app and navigate to the Conversations section. Choose any of your ongoing conversations to view or manage. Viewing AI-Generated Replies When Conversation AI suggests replies, you can easily view the full text of each suggestion by opening the bottom sheet. Simply tap on the reply that best suits your response to send it instantly. Sending Review Requests You can now send a review request directly from the conversation window. Tap on the three-dot Actions dropdown menu and select Send Review Request to prompt your contact for a review without leaving the conversation. Viewing External Call Logs For a comprehensive view of all communications, external calls made to the contact will be displayed in the conversation window. This feature provides a complete log, making it easier to track all interactions with your contacts. Managing conversations on your mobile device becomes more intuitive, comprehensive, and user-friendly. Make sure your mobile app is updated to the latest version to unlock these enhanced communication tools.

Steps to Get Started Launch the Mobile App Begin by opening the mobile app on your device. Access the Conversations Section Navigate to the Conversations area and start a new email conversation. Select an Email Snippet Pick the appropriate email snippet from the available list. Customize with Rich Text Editing Tools Once your snippet is selected, use the rich text editor to modify the content as needed. Finalize and Send the Email After editing, send the customized email to your selected contact(s). Reminder: This feature is supported on iOS and Android devices running version 3.74 or later.
